Many Weather Shield Windows components are produced right at the Weather Shield facilities. This means that production timelines aren't hampered by delivery from outside sources, so windows are custom made and shipped as quickly as possible.
Computerized equipment cuts the glass to fit the window order and a patented glazing system seals the glass into insulated units
A unique bar code system tracks products through all phases of the manufacturing and delivery process
